- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed ethical considerations in product lifecycles
- Monitor global AI legislation and adapt organizational strategies proactively
- Partner with engineering teams to build explainable AI (XAI) systems

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Policy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, ethics, or responsible tech leadership
- Deep expertise in NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, and OECD AI principles
- Experience with bias mitigation techniques in ML systems
- Proven track record influencing tech policy through stakeholder engagement
- Strong understanding of quantum computing and generative AI implications
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
