Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics frameworks for autonomous systems deployed by 2026
- Lead policy development for generative AI and neurotech regulations
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards in AI pipelines
- Represent Nexus Future Labs at global AI governance forums (OECD, UN)
- Conduct scenario planning for AI existential risk mitigation
- Mentor ethics compliance specialists across 12 R&D centers
- Develop audit protocols for AI bias and transparency standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, AI Policy, or Juris Doctor with specialization in tech law
- 5+ years in AI governance at Fortune 500 or regulatory body
- Published work on AI ethics or tech policy (Nature, Science, or equivalent)
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, US Algorithmic Accountability Act
- Experience with neurotech and generative AI deployment challenges
- Certification in AI Ethics (IEEE or ACM)
- Fluency in regulatory frameworks across 3+ continents
