Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics frameworks aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goals and emerging global regulations
- Conduct bias audits and algorithmic impact assessments for LLMs and generative AI systems
- Lead cross-functional ethics committees including neuro-ethicists, cognitive scientists, and human rights experts
- Design transparency protocols for autonomous decision-making systems in healthcare and finance sectors
- Establish whistleblower mechanisms and ethical review boards for high-stakes AI deployments
- Create public-facing explainability dashboards for AI systems affecting critical infrastructure
- Advocate for ethical AI standards at international forums like the Global AI Governance Summit
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy of Technology, or related field with 5+ years AI governance experience
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation or existential risk mitigation
- Expertise in ISO/IEC 42001 and EU AI Act compliance frameworks
- Experience working with quantum computing and neuromorphic hardware ethics
- Certification in AI Risk Management (AIRMA) or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating implementation of ethical AI systems in regulated industries
- Fluency in cross-cultural ethical frameworks and global regulatory landscapes
- Ability to translate complex ethical concepts for technical and non-technical stakeholders
