Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Law, Technology, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or responsible tech roles
- Deep expertise in bias detection/mitigation for machine learning systems
- Certification in AI ethics frameworks (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
- Experience with regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Exceptional stakeholder communication across technical and non-technical audiences
- Portfolio of implemented AI ethics initiatives in production systems
