Qualifications
- PhD in AI Ethics, Cognitive Science, or Philosophy with 8+ years experience
- Published research in Nature/AI journals on algorithmic accountability
- Expertise in ISO 42001 and EU AI Act compliance frameworks
- Experience leading ethics initiatives for LLM development or autonomous systems
- Certification in Quantum Ethics Governance (QEG) or equivalent
- Proven track record advising Fortune 100 on AI policy transformation
