Responsibilities
- Design and implement corporate-wide AI ethics governance frameworks
- Conduct bias audits and ethical risk assessments for AI systems
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical AI principles into development lifecycles
- Lead stakeholder dialogues on AI ethics with regulators and industry consortiums
- Establish KPIs for ethical AI performance across all business units
- Develop training programs on responsible AI for 500+ employees
- Represent the company at global AI ethics summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics leadership roles
- Published research on algorithmic bias or AI ethics (peer-reviewed)
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and global AI regulations
- Experience with MLOps and AI system architecture
- Proven track record of influencing organizational policy
- Certification in AI Ethics or Responsible AI (e.g., from IEEE or Stanford)
