Responsibilities

- Advise C-suite on ethical implications of neuro-technology integration
- Partner with product teams to embed ethics by design principles
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, or related field with 5+ years AI governance experience
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation or explainable AI
- Expertise in ISO/IEC 42001 and EU AI Act compliance frameworks
- Experience with quantum computing ethical considerations
- Strong background in neuroscience ethics or bio-AI interfaces
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
