Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with emerging global standards
- Conduct ethical impact assessments for autonomous systems and decision-making algorithms
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed ethical considerations throughout the AI development lifecycle
- Monitor regulatory developments and advise on compliance strategies for AI deployment
- Design bias detection and mitigation protocols for machine learning models
- Author public-facing transparency reports and ethical guidelines for AI products
- Represent the company in industry consortiums on responsible AI development
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Philosophy, Computer Science, Ethics, or related field with 3+ years of AI governance experience
- Deep understanding of ethical frameworks (utilitarianism, deontology, virtue ethics) applied to technology
- Proficiency in AI/ML concepts and ability to audit algorithmic decision systems
- Experience with regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven ability to develop bias detection methodologies in ML pipelines
- Background in policy development or compliance in tech environments
