Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for AI/quantum hybrid systems
- Conduct bias audits and ethical risk assessments for autonomous decision-making algorithms
- Develop compliance protocols for emerging AI regulations (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Lead cross-functional working groups on responsible AI deployment
- Create audit trails for generative AI content and quantum-encrypted data systems
- Advocate for ethical AI standards at industry conferences and policy summits
- Train technical teams on ethical AI development practices
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years in AI governance, compliance, or tech ethics role
- Expertise in bias detection/mitigation techniques for ML systems
- Familiarity with quantum computing principles and ethical implications
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong background in policy development for emerging technologies
- Published research or thought leadership in AI ethics preferred
- Certification in Responsible AI (e.g., IBM, Google, Microsoft programs)
