Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI governance or tech ethics
- Proven expertise in developing bias mitigation strategies
- Familiarity with NIST AI RMF and EU AI Act frameworks
- Experience with interdisciplinary AI ethics committees
- Strong analytical skills for ethical risk assessment
- Exceptional communication for technical and non-technical audiences
- Published work in AI ethics or responsible technology
