- Lead stakeholder workshops on ethical AI adoption and compliance
- Monitor emerging AI ethics legislation and update organizational policies
- Train engineering teams on responsible AI development practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in AI Ethics, Computer Science, Philosophy, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or tech ethics roles
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Proven experience with bias detection tools and fairness metrics
- Strong background in policy development and stakeholder communication
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE, IBM) preferred
