- Create actionable policy documents and ethical guidelines for AI development lifecycle
- Lead cross-functional workshops on responsible AI practices with engineering teams
- Monitor emerging AI regulations (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights) and ensure compliance
- Stakeholder engagement with regulators, customers, and advocacy groups on AI ethics
- Research and publish thought leadership on AI ethics challenges and solutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Law, or related field with 5+ years AI governance experience
- Proven track record implementing ethical AI frameworks in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, or public sector)
- Expertise in fairness metrics, bias mitigation techniques, and explainable AI (XAI) methodologies
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Certification in AI Ethics or Responsible AI (e.g., IBM AI Ethics Certificate, Google Responsible AI)
- Experience with AI model auditing tools (e.g., IBM AI Fairness 360, Google What-If Tool)
