Responsibilities

- Design transparent explainability protocols for high-stakes AI decisions

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance or responsible tech development
- Expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging 2026 regulations
- Proficiency in bias detection tools (IBM Fairness 360, Aequitas)
- Experience with regulatory compliance in regulated industries
- Published work on AI ethics or policy (conference papers, journals)
- Strong stakeholder management with executive experience
