Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years in AI governance or responsible tech roles
- Expertise in bias detection and mitigation techniques
- Familiarity with EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging regulations
- Strong communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
- Experience with AI model interpretability tools (SHAP, LIME)
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IBM AI Ethics, Google ML)
