Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics frameworks aligned with IEEE 7001 standards
- Conduct bias audits on machine learning models using adversarial testing methodologies
- Design governance protocols for quantum-enhanced neural networks
- Lead stakeholder workshops on AI transparency and accountability
- Monitor regulatory developments in autonomous systems and update compliance frameworks
- Author whitepapers on AI ethics for industry conferences and policy bodies
- Mentor junior engineers on responsible AI development practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 3+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics roles
- Expertise in machine learning interpretability techniques (SHAP, LIME)
- Familiarity with quantum computing principles and neural-symbolic AI
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IBM AI Ethics, Google Responsible AI)
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (GDPR, EU AI Act, California Consumer Privacy Act)
- Published work in peer-reviewed journals on AI ethics topics
