Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field
- 3+ years in AI governance, data ethics, or responsible tech roles
- Expertise in bias detection techniques and fairness metrics
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Experience with cross-functional stakeholder management
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IBM AI Ethics, Stanford HAI)
- Strong analytical skills with statistical modeling background
- Published work on AI ethics or governance preferred
