- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards into ML pipelines and model lifecycle management
- Lead stakeholder engagements across departments to align AI practices with regulatory requirements (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Author policy whitepapers and best practice guidelines for responsible AI adoption in 2026 tech ecosystems
- Mentor cross-functional teams on ethical AI principles and emerging regulatory landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, Law, or related field with 5+ years in AI governance
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for large language models and computer vision systems
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST RMF, ISO/IEC 42001)
- Proven experience designing ethics review processes for production AI systems
- Strong background in stakeholder management across technical, legal, and executive domains
- Published research in AI ethics or equivalent industry thought leadership
