Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive AI ethics policies and governance frameworks for enterprise-scale deployments
- Conduct algorithmic bias audits and mitigation strategies for ML models
- Partner with engineering teams to implement ethical-by-design principles in AI development lifecycle
- Lead stakeholder workshops on responsible AI adoption with C-suite executives
- Research emerging regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks) and ensure compliance
- Author thought leadership content on AI ethics and publish in industry journals
- Mentor cross-functional teams on responsible AI practices and bias detection
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Policy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, data ethics, or responsible technology roles
- Deep expertise in ML fairness metrics, bias detection techniques, and explainable AI
- Proven experience developing enterprise AI ethics policies and compliance frameworks
- Familiarity with global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST RMF, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Published research or certifications in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
