- Develop governance policies for emerging technologies (quantum AI, neural interfaces)
- Represent the company in global AI ethics forums and regulatory discussions
- Create training programs for engineers on responsible AI development practices
- Conduct foresight analysis on long-term societal impacts of autonomous systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics leadership roles
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging global regulations
- Proven track record of publishing influential research on AI ethics
- Experience building ethics review boards for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in risk assessment for quantum computing and neurotechnology
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
