Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance or responsible tech leadership
- Proven experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Expertise in bias detection and fairness metrics
- Strong background in policy development and stakeholder management
- Published research in AI ethics or technology ethics preferred
- Certification in AI governance (e.g., CAG, AIGP) a plus
