Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with 2026 technological capabilities
- Lead cross-functional ethics committees to audit autonomous systems and decision algorithms
- Design governance protocols for quantum computing and neural interface applications
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical safeguards into development lifecycles
- Establish transparency standards for AI decision-making processes
- Conduct scenario planning for emerging ethical dilemmas in next-gen technologies
- Represent the company at global AI ethics summits and regulatory hearings
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 7+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethical technology leadership
- Expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging global regulations
- Proven experience auditing autonomous systems and machine learning pipelines
- Deep understanding of quantum computing and neural interface implications
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IEEE, ACM) or equivalent practical experience
- Exceptional stakeholder management with technical and non-technical audiences
