- Create training programs for technical teams on responsible AI development practices
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging ethical challenges in next-gen AI applications
- Author whitepapers and position papers on AI ethics for industry conferences and publications
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical considerations into AI lifecycle processes
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years in AI governance
- Proven expertise developing AI ethics frameworks for Fortune 500 or scaling tech companies
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging global AI regulations
- Experience leading multi-stakeholder ethics initiatives across technical and non-technical teams
- Publication record in AI ethics or responsible AI through journals/conferences
- Proficiency in AI audit tools and bias detection methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex ethical concepts to diverse audiences
