- Establish stakeholder engagement strategies for diverse communities
- Lead incident response protocols for AI safety breaches
- Mentor ethics officers across product development teams
Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Computer Science, or Law with focus on AI ethics
- 5+ years experience in AI governance at Fortune 500 or unicorn tech firms
- Published research in top-tier journals on algorithmic fairness or AI safety
- Expertise in NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, and emerging global standards
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into technical requirements
- Experience testifying before legislative bodies on AI policy
- Certification in Responsible AI from IEEE or ACM
