Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics frameworks aligned with emerging 2026 regulatory standards
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for AI systems across product lines
- Develop corporate governance policies for AI deployment and lifecycle management
- Lead cross-functional ethics committees with engineering, legal, and product teams

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or tech ethics roles
- Expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging global regulations
- Proven track record of developing operational AI ethics frameworks
- Experience with bias detection tools and fairness metrics
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Published work or speaking engagements on AI ethics topics
