Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Philosophy, Ethics, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, compliance, or responsible tech development
- Expertise in ML fairness metrics and bias detection methodologies
- Experience with global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Proven ability to translate ethical principles into technical requirements
- Strong background in stakeholder communication and policy advocacy
