Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, ethics, or compliance roles
- Deep understanding of AI bias mitigation techniques
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication abilities to translate complex concepts
- Published work in AI ethics or related fields preferred
- Experience working with cross-functional technical teams
