- Develop comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with IEEE 7000 standards and EU AI Act requirements
- Lead cross-functional audits of algorithmic systems for bias, transparency, and accountability

- Coordinate with policy teams to shape emerging AI legislation at federal level
- Train 200+ employees on responsible AI practices through our 2026 certification program
- Present quarterly ethics impact reports to C-suite and board committees
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics with Fortune 500 experience
- Deep expertise in NIST AI Risk Management Framework and OECD AI Principles
- Proven track record of implementing ethical AI pipelines in production environments
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation or explainable AI (2020-2025)
- Professional certification in AI Ethics (e.g., ICAI, AIE)
