Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with global standards
- Lead cross-functional committees to audit AI systems for bias, fairness, and transparency
- Develop enterprise-wide AI ethics policies and training programs
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical considerations into AI lifecycle
- Monitor regulatory landscape (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights) and ensure compliance
- Represent the organization in industry ethics forums and thought leadership initiatives
- Establish KPIs for ethical AI metrics and continuous improvement processes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/tech governance, ethics, or compliance leadership roles
- Expertise in emerging AI regulations and ethical frameworks
- Proven experience developing enterprise-wide governance policies
- Strong background in bias mitigation and algorithmic fairness
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Law, or related field
- Certification in AI Ethics or Governance (e.g., CEGAI, CSEP) preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience scaling ethics programs in high-growth tech environments
