Responsibilities

- Represent the company in global AI ethics consortiums and regulatory discussions
- Create training programs for technical teams on responsible AI development practices
- Establish KPIs to measure ethical AI performance and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with legal teams on AI compliance strategies for emerging markets
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Ethics, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years AI governance experience
- Proven track record designing ethical AI frameworks for large-scale deployments
- Expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Published research in AI ethics or technology policy (peer-reviewed journals)
- Experience managing diverse technical and non-technical stakeholder groups
