Qualifications

- Published research on quantum computing ethics or neurotech implications
- Experience advising UN/G7 on AI policy frameworks
- Expertise in cross-cultural ethical impact assessment methodologies
- Proven track record scaling ethical AI initiatives at enterprise level
- Proficiency in futures forecasting tools (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
