Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for next-gen AI systems

- Conduct impact assessments for AI deployment in high-stakes industries
- Develop educational materials for stakeholders on responsible AI adoption
- Chair cross-functional ethics committees with technical and non-technical members
- Represent company at global policy forums on AI regulation and standards

Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Ethics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years
- Proven experience in AI governance frameworks (e.g., NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act)
- Published research on technological ethics or future studies
- Expertise in systems thinking and scenario methodology
- Deep understanding of machine learning limitations and bias mitigation
- Experience advising C-suite executives on ethical technology decisions
- Strong communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
