Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent experience in AI ethics, philosophy, computational social science, or related field
- 5+ years implementing ethical AI frameworks in tech or regulated sectors
- Expertise in global AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Proven ability to translate ethical principles into technical requirements
- Experience with bias auditing tools (Aequitas, Fairlearn)
- Deep understanding of human-computer interaction and cognitive bias
- Strong background in policy analysis and regulatory compliance
