Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, ethics compliance, or responsible tech roles
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into technical requirements
- Strong experience with cross-functional stakeholder management
- Published work in AI ethics or technology ethics (peer-reviewed or industry)
- Familiarity with bias mitigation techniques in ML systems
