Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ethical AI frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory requirements and societal expectations
- Conduct comprehensive bias audits and impact assessments for AI systems across healthcare, finance, and autonomous domains

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field with 5+ years in AI ethics
- Proven experience implementing ethical AI frameworks in production environments
- Expertise in bias detection methodologies and fairness metrics for machine learning models
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Strong ability to communicate complex ethical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Published research in AI ethics, responsible AI, or algorithmic fairness
- Familiarity with emerging quantum computing and neuro-symbolic AI ethics challenges
