Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end AI automation pipelines using machine learning and deep learning frameworks
- Lead R&D initiatives for predictive analytics and autonomous decision systems
- Architect scalable cloud-native solutions integrating IoT, NLP, and computer vision technologies
- Develop ethical AI governance frameworks ensuring compliance with future regulatory landscapes
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile development and DevOps practices for AI deployment
- Drive innovation through competitive analysis of emerging AI/automation trends
- Optimize system performance using advanced algorithms and quantum computing principles
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 8+ years of experience
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Proven track record deploying production-grade AI systems at enterprise scale
- Deep understanding of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code
- Experience with robotic process automation (UiPath, Automation Anywhere)
- Strong knowledge of ethical AI frameworks and responsible development practices
- Published research or patents in AI/ML or automation technologies preferred
