Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for executives.
- Prepare and distribute professional correspondence, including emails, memos, and reports.
- Act as the primary point of contact for incoming calls and visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems to ensure information is easily retrievable.
- Assist with project coordination, including tracking deadlines and preparing presentation materials.
- Handle expense reports and process invoices with a high degree of accuracy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Discreet and professional demeanor when handling sensitive information.
