Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Handle incoming communications (phone, email, mail) and prioritize inquiries
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Coordinate office operations, including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships
- Support department projects through data entry, record-keeping, and report generation
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Organize and maintain confidential files and digital documentation systems
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience (Bachelor's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of administrative support experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in deadline-driven environments
