Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating complex travel arrangements
- Prepare and distribute confidential correspondence, reports, and presentation materials
- Oversee office inventory, procurement of supplies, and vendor relationship management
- Coordinate departmental meetings and events, including agenda preparation and minute-taking
- Handle incoming communications via phone, email, and in-person with exceptional professionalism
- Maintain digital filing systems and ensure data accuracy across multiple platforms
- Support HR functions including onboarding paperwork and employee records maintenance
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of administrative support experience in a corporate setting
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities with strict deadlines
- Discretion when handling confidential information
- Associates degree or relevant certification preferred
- Experience with scheduling software (Calendly, Doodle) and CRM systems
