Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars and coordinate complex travel arrangements
- Prepare confidential documents and reports with meticulous attention to detail
- Oversee office supplies inventory and vendor relationships
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external communications
- Streamline administrative workflows using Microsoft Office Suite
- Coordinate departmental meetings and event logistics
- Maintain digital filing systems with strict compliance protocols
Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent administrative experience required
- Minimum 3 years in executive support or administrative roles
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving and time management abilities
- Experience with CRM systems preferred (Salesforce a plus)
