- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements

- Prepare, edit, and distribute professional documents and reports
- Coordinate office operations, including supply management and vendor relations
- Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel files
- Support departmental projects with research and data compilation
- Organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent administrative experience required
- 3+ years of administrative support experience in a corporate setting
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
