- Process expense reports, invoices, and financial documentation with precision
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Implement organizational systems to enhance team productivity and document management
Qualifications
- 3+ years of progressive administrative experience supporting C-level executives
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Experience with calendar management software (e.g., Calendly) and virtual meeting platforms
- Associates degree or equivalent professional certification required
