Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Handle incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Prepare, edit, and distribute professional documents, reports, and presentations
- Organize and maintain digital/physical filing systems with meticulous attention to detail
- Assist with onboarding processes, new employee paperwork, and training coordination
- Process expense reports, purchase orders, and vendor invoices
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for team members
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 3+ years of administrative support experience in a professional setting
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
