Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating complex meeting logistics
- Handle incoming communications via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and discretion
- Prepare, edit, and distribute confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for documents and records
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports for executives
- Support office operations including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relations
- Assist with onboarding new employees and training on administrative procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional administrative support experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
