Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars and coordinate complex scheduling across departments
- Prepare professional correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Handle incoming communications via phone, email, and in-person with exceptional professionalism
- Organize and maintain digital filing systems ensuring compliance with data security protocols
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports for senior executives
- Support onboarding processes for new hires including equipment setup and orientation
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative or office support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with scheduling tools (e.g., Calendly, Outlook) and calendar management
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
