Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Handle incoming communications, including emails, calls, and mail with professionalism
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Coordinate office logistics, including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relations
- Assist with onboarding new hires and maintain employee records
- Support event planning and meeting coordination for internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience in a corporate setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment
- Associate's degree or equivalent professional certification preferred
