- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with meticulous attention to detail
- Prepare, edit, and distribute professional correspondence and reports
- Coordinate office operations including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships
- Support onboarding processes for new hires and coordinate departmental events
- Assist with budget tracking and expense report processing
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience in a corporate setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Associate's degree or equivalent professional certification required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Discretion when handling confidential information
- Experience with calendar management software preferred
