Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate complex travel arrangements for executives
- Prepare and distribute professional correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Handle incoming communications via phone, email, and in-person inquiries with exceptional professionalism
- Coordinate office operations including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships
- Support departmental projects by conducting research, compiling data, and creating detailed documentation
- Facilitate seamless meetings including preparation of materials, room setup, and minute-taking
- Maintain confidential records and ensure compliance with data protection protocols
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of progressive administrative support experience in a corporate environment
