Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle complex travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit professional correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Oversee office inventory management and vendor relationships
- Process payroll, expense reports, and financial documentation
- Implement digital filing systems and ensure data security compliance
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external communications
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new team members
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of administrative support in corporate or tech environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities with attention to detail
- Knowledge of Arizona labor laws and compliance protocols
