What You'll Do
As our 2D Animation Artist, you will be responsible for creating high-fidelity visual assets that resonate with our global audience. Your work will span various platforms, from mobile applications to high-end web experiences.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and create high-quality 2D animations, storyboards, and character designs that align with project goals.
- Utilize industry-standard software (Adobe Creative Suite, Toon Boom, etc.) to produce polished visual assets.
- Collaborate closely with the creative director and copywriters to ensure visual narratives are compelling and on-brand.
- Iterate on feedback rapidly to refine animations and ensure high production value.
- Optimize assets for various screen sizes and platforms without compromising quality.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in 2D animation and motion graphics.
Qualifications
- Proven portfolio showcasing a strong command of 2D animation principles (timing, squash and stretch, anticipation, etc.).
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
- Strong understanding of color theory, composition, and typography.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- 3+ years of professional experience in 2D animation or graphic design.
