Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI, quantum computing, and biotech solutions
- Analyze global megatrends to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Develop patentable frameworks for carbon-negative manufacturing systems
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and board members
- Forge partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and EU innovation hubs
- Mentor PhD researchers in translating academic theory to market-ready applications
Qualifications
- PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or Futuristics with 8+ years applied research
- Proven track record of scaling innovations from concept to billion-dollar impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum AI, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Published thought leadership in Nature, Science, or Harvard Business Review
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding from government/private sources
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Portfolio of commercialized technologies with measurable environmental impact
